We offer two principal services.
A fully managed email service whereby we send out occasional or regular email newsletters and other releases to your customer or opt-in database. The fully managed service is available both for business and consumer mailings.
Your database is maintained on fully secure servers and following each campaign we send you a report showing statistics, bounces, removes and the like. You can see who clicked through to any links that you provided. For this service your data must comprise either existing clients, subscribers, those who have requested information from you or who have otherwise opted in.
Full service ad campaigns in which we market your products or services to our database or yours using our software and servers. The difference between this and the fully managed campaigns above is that in this category we only market business to business (B2B). Under UK/EU law the data may be opt-out as opposed to opt-in. Campaigns under this heading will be undertaken on UK based servers which, for obvious reasons, are not white listed as in the case of the fully managed service above.
